 Beijing ZHUANGLIAN Electronic Engineering Co., Ltd. is a high-tech stock company, which is co-invested by CAEIT, No.2 and No.38 Research Institutes of China Electronic Science & Technology and Tsinghua University We have successfully passed the audit of quality system and got the certification of ISO 9002 in 2001 .It's located in Beijing Badachu high-tech area with beautiful surroundings and convenient transportation nearby the subway station of Pingguoyuan. With solid strength and sophisticated technology, the company is an EMS (Electronics Manufac-turing Service) production base, which is capable of producing high-precision and high-speed surface assembly with great deal of throughput.The company closely follows up the world-class technologies and continuously strengthens international cooperation and exchange. The technology of the company is based in EDMI center of CAEIT. The company has imported two SMT and a THT production line and other related inspection and test equipments from USA, Italia and other developed countries. It has strong abilities in production design and quality assurance because of an experienced team of management and engineering. The daily throughput can reach up to 1,500,000 solder joints. With perfect intranet and a powerful database management software PDM, it is very convenient and rapid to communicate between the company and the outside world so that we can effectively process the information and quality data to deal with customer feedback quickly. Our company has established good relationship with many famous oversea and domestic suppliers, who can supply components, PCBs and solder masks. Thus we can make sure to offer our customers from component shopping, PCB and solder masks to whole producing process including assembling, inspection and packaging, and can deliver the service in time. |
